Half way along the road we have to go – Dante Alighieri, Divine Comedy
Traveler, welcome to the realm of the abstract thought and imagination.
My name is Deniz, I am studying Psychologist and Dreamer.
Despite the chaotic routine, my motivating force is to keep in touch with inner world as well as with the reality (It is not about psychosis). Nowadays, the world revolves the same formal world and social obligations – where as a proper human being you need to perform certain rituals in order not to deviate from society to coexist with others. Considering this tension, I feel like it is important to engage into the world with oneself only, which is not interfered. More shall be discussed on that matter.
About the blog.

Greek Mythology and Flower.
Narcissus. He was a young handsome man, who adored all the beauty in the world. He was so beautiful, that whenever he appeared near women – many fell in love with him. One day, he was walking down the forest and one beautiful girl noticed him; of course, considering his handsomeness she approached him and wanted to share her love with him. The girl was a nymph, named – Echo. As she expressed her love towards him – he didn’t even payed attention towards her; she was begging and praying for him to be with her and follow him on his journey – but he refused. The tragedy, she was sad and her love was not returned, she was in extreme pain even though there are no physical wounds; as she could not handle the sadness, she proceeds and kills herself. Narcissus, on the other hand, was just going his path along the river. Suddenly, Aphrodite – a Goddess of love, sees that a nymph committed a suicide for unshared love; it made her extremely angry and she decided to punish Narcissus – she made him fall in love with himself. When he approached the river, he saw own reflection – he was so in love with himself that he couldn’t even stop looking on his own reflection; the love he felt was immeasurable, but traumatic. He loved himself so much, that he wanted to kiss himself in the reflection, but he couldn’t – it made him angry and sad. Because he could not achieve and share the love, he killed himself. The place where he died – a flower grew, now is names as a Narcissus.
The brief story above explains the major concept of Narcissistic Personality Disorder – it is inability to share the love, the object of libido is oneself. The libido is attached to oneself.
The reason why mythology is in the name of this blog – is that mythology are the royal ways to represent the psychopathology through the narrative.
Now, reader, you should already have an idea of the structure of this blog and it’s idea.
Best of luck.
